Implement a new enterprise workflow, imaging and document solution. Initial workflow process implemented to support AP invoice processing. Workflow was designed to support 800 primary users and process over 75000 invoices a month.
Additional project activities included an ECM and imaging deployment and the conversion and migration of over 1,000,000 documents from existing ECM systems and content stores.
Activities
-Lead workflow and document management solution design and delivery.
-Engage IS, AP and Records Management groups to determine requirements.
-Prepare detailed design documentation
-Coordinate and delivery efforts with project management lead.
-Design and Develop solution related forms and reports
-Prepare and execute project, implementation, testing, migration and training plans
-Provide post implementation training and support.
-Design and build custom financial system (Qbyte) interfaces using PL/SQL and C#
