Imaging and ECM System Migration and Upgrade (Alberta Securities)

Project Overview

Migrate ECM and imaging system components as part of larger Novell to Windows network migration project. Migration required redeployment of ECM servers, database and workstations. A decision was made to upgrade existing system software at the same time.

Activities
-Responsible for upgrading and migrating current imaging solution (Kofax) while the client was actively migrating from Novell to Windows infrastructure.
-Prepared and executed implementation plan and test plans.
-Coordinated content and data conversion and migration
-Prepared and delivered user and system training and documentation
